Awoosome Crafts: Makes custom animal costumes (fursuits) based on your design.
Client: You, the person ordering the fursuit.
Character Reference Sheet & Quote Form: You provide a picture of your character
and answer questions about your preferences for a quote and material selection.
Material Map: Awoosome Crafts creates a plan for materials based on your character
and features choices. You can approve it or request changes if needed.HOW TO ORDER:
🐾Contact us via Facebook, Telegram or e-mail. We’ll reply you with a quote form questions
and all the important info as well.
🐾Once we gather enough information from you we’ll make proper calculations.
🐾Throughout the process, you'll receive updates (photos/videos) and need to approve
each stage or request changes.PAYMENT:
🐾You can pay in full upfront or a 50% deposit followed by the remaining balance later(in monthly installments).
🐾Payments must be made by bank transfer or PayPal before your fursuit ships.

🐾Shipping is not included in the price and will be calculated and paid right before shipping time.
🐾You are responsible for any customs fees in your country.
🐾Awoosome Crafs isn't responsible for delays or damage during shipping.
🐾Returning a fursuit for repair requires you to cover bothway shipping costs.TURNAROUND TIME:
🐾Expect to wait 2-4 months for small parts, 6-8 months for head, mini/partial fursuits,
and 8-12 months for full body suits.
🐾This is an estimate, not a guaranteed deadline. Delays are possible due to late payments,
random emergency situations or the character complexity.
🐾The password is: shrimp.
🐾You can pay a rush fee (40%) to get your fursuit faster, but this doesn't affect shipping time.ORDER CANCELATIONS:
🐾If you cancel, Awoosome Craft refunds a portion of the price based on how much work is done
(we always keep the 50% nonrefundable deposit).
🐾Awoosome Crafts can resell unfinished or completed fursuits if you cancel, can't pay
or avoid communication with a maker.CLIENT'S AGE:
🐾Awoosome Crafts prefer working with adults (18+).
🐾Minors need written consent from a parent or guardian.CHARACTER DESIGN & REFERENCES:
🐾You need to provide a picture of your character. Awoosome Crafts can create one for an extra fee.
You must own the character/ have permission from the owner to make a fursuit of it.
🐾No licensed characters allowed.
🐾Changes to the design or materials after approving the Material Map may incur extra fees.
🐾References like photos of other artists' fursuits are not accepted.ALLERGENS:
🐾Materials used in the workshop may have been exposed to cats.WARRANTY & REPAIRS:
🐾Awoosome Crafts fursuits come with a 1-year warranty.
🐾Warranty is void if you let someone else repair or modify the fursuit.
🐾Some minor repairs before the warranty expires may have a fee.
🐾Awoosome Crafts can advise you on fixing minor defects yourself if needed and wanted.COPYRIGHT:
🐾Awoosome Crafts owns the copyright as the maker, but you retain the rights to your character.
🐾Awoosome Crafts can share photos of your fursuit for advertising on their social media.PROGRESS DOCUMENTATION:
🐾You'll receive updates (photos/videos) as your fursuit progresses.
🐾You need to approve each stage or provide feedback for changes.
🐾No response from you is considered approval for Awoosome Crafts to continue.
🐾Updates doesn’t have the set timeframe, but you can expect some updates every few weeks
